Leah's little "wings" are gone! When Alice told me she gave Emma Kate a haircut, it got me thinking about Leah's hair. Then Eric (without knowing of EK's haircut) said Leah needed one, and then that's all I noticed when I looked at her. Our "wild woman"! I asked our friend Kelley if she recommended a place, and she told us about Mop-Tops, which is an ABQ haircuttery that focuses on children. They have fun little horsey seats, TVs in front of the kids so they can watch videos instead of the looming scissors, toys, candy, lots of bold primary colors and other fun kid stuff. She did really well although was getting a bit antsy. It's so weird to look at her and not see those wings and wild hair! It was great that my dad and Kate were able to join us too. I asked for a little baggie to put the hair in...for the baby book of course! :)

Getting some moral support from daddy... it's only hair...it'll grow back...give it 2 weeks...think of all the bad haircuts mommy's had...
